Over 55% of the adult population in India has got the complete doses of the COVID-19 vaccination. As per Health Ministry, 55.52 percent of the population is completely vaccinated, with 87 percent having received the first dosage. India has reached a new milestone in its fight against COVID, with nearly 55 percent of the eligible population fully vaccinated. The nation's united struggle against COVID-19 has been boosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Har Ghar Dastak" Campaign. According to preliminary statistics, India's COVID-19 immunisation coverage has surpassed 133.88 crore people. As a result, India's recovery rate has reached 98.37 percent, its highest level since March 2020. In the last 24 hours, a total of 9,50,482 tests were done as the testing capacity across the country continues to be enhanced. In total, India has performed approximately 65.76 crore tests.
